By accessing or using VibeCanyon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeCanyon.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must own or have rights to the code they list. Sellers must not list malicious, stolen, or copyright-infringing code. Sellers agree to the 85/15 revenue split.
4. Buyer Rights
Buyers receive a license to use purchased code as specified by the license type (Personal, Commercial, or Extended). Refunds are available per our refund policy.
5. Refund Policy
Not downloaded: automatic refund available. Downloaded within 24 hours: manual review for valid reasons. Downloaded after 24 hours: no refund available.
6. Trust Score
Trust Scores are automated assessments and do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. Scores may change with re-scans.
7. Limitation of Liability
VibeCanyon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of purchased code.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
